We started in construction in 1980, building the structures that would shape our future.
Real estate investing followed in 1982, focused on enduring, cash-flowing assets. Through the 1990s, we began acquiring operating companies, evolving from builders to owners.
In 1999, venture capital added creative octane.
By 2022, developer partnerships connected us with visionaries shaping skylines, and in 2024, alternative lending emerged — bridging capital and imagination.

Our community work begins with a vision already fulfilled—the orchard growing, the courts alive with play.
Having led over 250 live auctioneering charity events in support of causes across Canada, we’ve witnessed the quiet power of collective generosity.
We are growing and planting 5,000 fruit trees in family yards across the region, offering nourishment and connection for generations to come.
We are also building a 12-court basketball facility—a place of energy, mentorship, and belonging. Each act of creation reflects a truth we live by: communities flourish when they are fed, moved, and united in spirit.
