Direct Investments
Typical equity commitments of approximately $5 million to $25 million.
We consider established, income-producing assets with clear economics, durable locations, and long-term ownership potential.
Nuzzi Group is a private family office working across real estate, private credit, venture, operating companies, Indigenous-led and Indigenous-partnered real asset opportunities, strategic advisory, and community stewardship.
Nuzzi Group is a private family office (Est. 1999) working in close partnership with a multifamily office (Est. 1982) formed by a small group of Western Canadian families. Nuzzi Group serves as the forward-facing platform for originating, evaluating, and advancing opportunities across our core mandate areas.
The relationship combines disciplined capital, operating judgment, and multi-generational perspective. We engage selectively where the opportunity is established, the mandate is clear, and the alignment is built to endure.
Direct investments remain central to the platform. Nuzzi Group also selectively reviews fund investments, co-investments, club structures, and manager-led opportunities where the strategy, alignment, economics, and access are compelling.
Long-term investments and development partnerships across multifamily, commercial, industrial, and agricultural real estate.
Structured and asset-backed capital for established borrowers, operating businesses, and real estate opportunities.
Minority investments in founder-led companies with demonstrated revenue, customer traction, and a credible path to durable growth.
Control and significant ownership investments in established, cash-flowing businesses built to be improved, compounded, and held for the long term.
Strategic Advisory begins with the business. Private Integrative Advisory begins with the person. Both can eventually reach the whole system.
Through more than 300 live charity auctions that have raised over $50 million for charities across Canada, alongside long-term initiatives in youth sport, food, land, and community gathering, we invest in what helps people feel nourished, connected, and supported.
We invest directly and alongside experienced partners across multifamily, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and select development opportunities.
Typical equity commitments of approximately $5 million to $25 million.
We consider established, income-producing assets with clear economics, durable locations, and long-term ownership potential.
We participate in acquisitions and developments ranging from approximately $25 million to several hundred million dollars in total project value.
Capital commitments and ownership structures are determined by the opportunity, the partners involved, and the role Nuzzi Group is positioned to play.
We consider select large-scale development opportunities, including multi-tower and master-planned projects, with total project values extending from approximately $100 million into the billions.
These opportunities are evaluated for location quality, entitlement path, partner capability, capital structure, and long-term ownership potential.
Across each category, we look for capable partners, disciplined capital structures, durable demand, and opportunities where patient ownership and thoughtful execution can compound value over time.
Nuzzi Group may also selectively review real estate fund investments, real estate credit funds, income-oriented vehicles, special situations funds, manager-led club structures, and asset-specific co-investments where the manager, structure, leverage, economics, and underlying real estate exposure are compelling.
Real estate opportunities may be reviewed across Canada, the United States, and international markets where the relationship, asset quality, operator, structure, and long-term value proposition justify the opportunity.
We consider asset-backed and structured credit opportunities across real estate, operating businesses, and select special situations.
Typical capital commitments range from approximately $5 million to $25 million, with larger financings considered through the broader family-office relationship and alongside established lending partners.
Residential and smaller real estate generally from approximately $500,000 to $2 million.
Larger real estate generally from approximately $10 million to $100 million or more.
Capital for acquisitions, bridge financing, refinancing, construction completion, and other time-sensitive real estate situations.
Financing requirements generally from $5 million to $50 million.
Growth capital, acquisition financing, working capital, and recapitalization for established businesses with positive cash flow, identifiable collateral, and a clear source of repayment.
Financing requirements generally from $10 million to $100 million or more.
Select opportunities requiring speed, flexibility, or a more tailored structure than conventional lenders can provide.
Across each category, we look for experienced borrowers, meaningful collateral, credible repayment plans, clear economics, and structures designed to protect capital through changing conditions.
We do not provide unsecured financing for concepts, pre-revenue companies, or situations dependent on speculative future traction.
Nuzzi Group may also selectively review private credit funds, specialty finance funds, real estate debt funds, income-oriented credit vehicles, and co-investments alongside established credit managers where collateral quality, downside protection, repayment visibility, manager discipline, transparency, and net economics are compelling.
We make minority investments in founder-led companies that have moved beyond concept and early validation.
Generally $1 million to $5 million in annual revenue.
We look for demonstrated customer demand, increasingly repeatable sales, capable founders, and a credible path toward profitability or an already profitable base.
Typical initial investments range from approximately $100,000 to $1 million, with additional capital considered where the opportunity, ownership structure, and strategic fit support it.
We are generally sector agnostic where revenue, customer traction, economics, and alignment are clear, with particular interest in technology and data, PropTech, AgTech and food systems, automation and industrial technology, health and wellness, mobility and logistics, and select consumer products.
We engage where capital has a defined use and where our experience, relationships, governance, or strategic involvement can materially improve the outcome.
Direct venture opportunities must show meaningful revenue, customer traction, and a credible path to durable growth. We do not invest in concepts, pre-revenue businesses, biotechnology, mining, mineral exploration, or companies seeking outside capital to create initial customer demand.
Nuzzi Group may also selectively review venture capital funds, growth funds, sector-focused funds, emerging manager opportunities, and co-investment rights alongside fund managers where alignment, access, manager quality, discipline, and demonstrated commercial judgment are compelling.
We acquire and invest in established businesses where durable demand, capable management, and clear operating value already exist.
Generally $10 million to $100 million in annual revenue and $2 million to $15 million in EBITDA.
We look for businesses with positive cash flow, recurring or defensible demand, strong customer relationships, and a realistic path for continued growth, succession, or operational improvement.
We consider control investments and significant ownership positions.
Our preference is to work with capable management teams and business owners seeking succession, liquidity, strategic support, or a long-term home for what they have built.
Industrial and essential services, manufacturing, construction and job-site services, security and monitoring, infrastructure services, construction materials and aggregates, logistics and distribution, food and agricultural operations, and other durable cash-flow businesses.
Nuzzi Group prefers established businesses with tangible operating value, clear economics, durable demand, and capable management.
We do not pursue businesses dependent on speculative future traction, unclear ownership, value that exists primarily in projections, biotechnology, mining, or mineral exploration.
Nuzzi Group may also selectively review private equity funds, buyout funds, succession-oriented vehicles, and manager-led operating-company strategies where the manager, operating discipline, alignment, access, transparency, and net economics are compelling.
Principal-led advisory is accepted selectively where the mandate, authority, fit, and value exchange are clear.
Nuzzi Group advisory has two primary entry points. Strategic Advisory begins with the business. Private Integrative Advisory begins with the person. Both can eventually reach the whole system.
Strategic Advisory supports owners, founders, families, and leadership teams navigating consequential decisions involving strategy, capital, governance, negotiations, positioning, transactions, ownership, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
Private Integrative Advisory supports accomplished individuals seeking greater alignment, clarity, vitality, energy, libido, life force, physical power, aliveness, consciousness, coherence, and integration across life, body, mind, purpose, relationships, and work.
The work is direct, confidential, and built around experienced judgment rather than standardized coaching or consulting frameworks.
All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. International mandates may be quoted in U.S. dollars.

Private engagements are bespoke and accepted based on fit.

Only a very small number of Principal Advisory mandates are accepted at one time.
Private Integrative Advisory is a highly bespoke, whole-person advisory relationship for accomplished individuals seeking greater alignment across life, body, mind, consciousness, purpose, relationships, personal philosophy, and work.
This is not life coaching, therapy, wellness coaching, executive coaching, or personal training. It is a private advisory relationship built around the individual as a complete system.
The work may involve identity, limiting beliefs, personal narratives, conscious and subconscious patterns, vitality, energy, libido, life force, physical power, aliveness, chi, energetic flow through the body, breath, embodiment, lifestyle, relationships, philosophy, spirituality, consciousness, decision-making, AI-assisted reflection, and, where relevant, business or professional direction.
The premise is simple: everything is connected. Beliefs affect perception. The body affects clarity. Energy affects confidence. Libido and life force affect how someone moves through the world. Environment affects behavior. Relationships affect presence. The conscious and subconscious mind shape identity, action, and possibility. The person affects the business, and the business reflects the person.
This work is designed for capable, accomplished people who have already achieved meaningful things and sense there is another level available to them.
They may be founders, investors, equity owners, executives, academics, creators, athletes, or high-performing individuals. They may not be in crisis. They may already be functioning at a high level.
But they may feel fragmented, fatigued, under-energized, physically stagnant, mentally blocked, disconnected from vitality, low in libido or sexual energy, constrained by old beliefs, misaligned in their relationships, or aware that they have not yet fully accessed the person they are capable of becoming.
They are intellectually curious, open-minded, and willing to engage seriously with the work. Fit matters. Private engagements are accepted selectively based on openness, attitude, expectations, and willingness to participate.
Clients are not hiring a fixed program, a generic methodology, or a menu of disconnected services. They are hiring judgment, perspective, pattern recognition, lived experience, synthesis, and a private mirror outside the system they are currently inside.
The work may include advisory sessions, direct conversation, in-person sessions where appropriate, curated reading and learning, visualization work, breath and meditation practices, physical training, mobility work, bodywork, fascial release, stretching, energy practices, lifestyle review, philosophical and spiritual frameworks, AI-assisted reflection, and the development of personal systems that remain useful beyond the engagement itself.
Depending on the client and the engagement, the work may move between conversation, reflection, movement, training, breath, visualization, body awareness, manual bodywork, fascial stretching, recovery practices, and direct physical experience.
The goal is not dependency. The goal is to help the client build enough clarity, structure, awareness, and inner reference that they can increasingly seek within, recognize their own patterns, access their own guidance, and continue the work independently.
Physical capability may form part of the work where relevant. This can include strength, mobility, athletic movement, calisthenics, track work, breath, body awareness, fascial movement, stretching, recovery, coordination, posture, chi, energetic flow, and embodied confidence.
In certain private engagements, in-person work may include guided movement, calisthenics, mobility, fascial release, manual bodywork, assisted stretching, posterior-chain release, recovery-oriented work, and physical practices designed to help the client experience the body differently.
Where appropriate, the work may draw from philosophy, meditation, visualization, consciousness studies, spirituality, metaphysics, quantum physics, quantum-informed models of possibility, archetypes, manifestation practices, astrology, numerology, channeling traditions, sacred geometry, simulation-oriented philosophy, chi, energetic flow, and the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
These frameworks are approached as lenses for reflection, awareness, meaning, identity, timing, possibility, and personal transformation. They are not presented as medical, psychological, or settled scientific claims.
For some clients, part of the engagement may include building a personalized reflective system using AI. This may involve better questions, structured reflection, preserved insights, visualization scripts, wish-fulfilled recordings, curated learning, personal prompts, decision frameworks, and a living body of knowledge the client can continue using beyond the engagement.
AI is not the point of the work. It is one possible mirror inside a broader advisory relationship.
Advisory engagements are separate from investment consideration.
Private Integrative Advisory engagements begin at CAD $15,000. Three-month engagements are available for concentrated advisory, pattern recognition, personal system design, and initial integration. Six-month engagements are preferred where deeper integration is required across body, mind, consciousness, lifestyle, relationships, purpose, and work.
Higher-access, in-person, travel, transaction execution, introductions, exclusivity, success fees, and other specialized work may be structured and compensated separately where appropriate.
Direct access is governed by the agreed mandate, communication expectations, and reasonable-use boundaries. This work is advisory in nature and is not medical treatment, therapy, psychological care, or diagnosis. Advisory services do not include emergency, crisis, legal, tax, accounting, or regulated investment advice.
Communities flourish when people are nourished, active, connected, and given places where they can belong.
Through more than 300 live charity auctions led in support of organizations across Canada, more than $50 million has been raised for charitable and community causes.
Our long-term work extends across youth sport, organic food, land, mentorship, and community gathering. These initiatives are designed to increase access to nourishing organic food, create places for young people to move and grow, and strengthen the connections between families and the communities around them.
Among the visions being advanced are the planting of 5,000 fruit trees in family yards across the region, helping families grow nourishing organic fruit at home, and the creation of a 12-court basketball facility centred on energy, mentorship, competition, and belonging.
Each initiative reflects a simple principle: communities grow stronger when people are fed, moved, connected, and united in purpose.
We approach this work as long-term stewardship, building places, programs, and opportunities intended to serve beyond a single event or generation.
The entrepreneurial roots behind Nuzzi Group date to 1999, when Marco Iannuzzi began building and operating his first technology business.
That path continued through ventures launched while at Harvard and MIT, a professional football career, finance and advisory work during his playing years, direct investments, board leadership, and extensive community involvement across Canada.
In 2005, Marco began contributing within a private multifamily-office environment formed by a small group of Western Canadian families, whose investment roots extend to 1982.
Over more than two decades, he has learned, invested, and contributed across real estate, cash-flowing operating businesses, venture investments, governance, capital allocation, and community stewardship. In recent years, that progression has developed into a general-partner role, with Nuzzi Group serving as the forward-facing platform for originating, evaluating, structuring, and advancing opportunities.
Nuzzi Group also draws on a longstanding family construction lineage. Marco’s father has worked in the construction industry since 1980 and founded Iannuzzi Consulting in 2010. Through that platform, he provides project management, cost consulting, estimating, and project oversight across select developments and operating opportunities.
This combination of entrepreneurial initiative, family-office discipline, construction intelligence, operating judgment, and community leadership shapes how Nuzzi Group approaches its work today.
Through direct investments, select fund investments, co-investments, acquisitions, private credit, strategic advisory, private integrative advisory, and community stewardship, Nuzzi Group continues to build with a long-term view.
Nuzzi Group considers a limited number of direct investment, select fund investment, co-investment, credit, advisory, and community opportunities.
